Soothe Your Feet

It's Friday and it has been a long week. You are likely in the middle of harvest which means you are working your tail off. Take a little time for yourself and relax. Check out this soothing foot soak. It will feel great on your feet, not to mention it will feel great to sit down for a few minutes. Here's how you can make your own foot soak:

2 quarts warm water

1/4 cup baking soda

1/4 cup herbal or white vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh herb leaves or flowers

Fill a large plastic pan or sink with warm water. Stir in the baking soda,  vinegar, fresh herbs and flower petals. The water will fizz and bubble when the soda and vinegar combine.

To use: Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Pat dry and massage them with  a rich natural oil or foot cream.
