Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are delicious and easy to make. Everyone from kids to grandparents love them! But they aren't always done the right way. Next time you have a craving for scrambled eggs, keep these ideas in mind.

Cook on medium. Rather than cooking on high heat, keep your temperature in the middle. It may take a little longer, but the result will be worth it.

Stirring is key. You can't just put your eggs in a skillet and expect great things. You have to constantly stir the eggs to break them up, giving you that perfect scrambled egg consistency.

Add milk. Eggs can be cooked on their own and are great with a little salt and pepper, but milk (or even cheese) can go a long way with making your scrambled eggs even better!

Choose your skillet wisely. Don't use a giant pan for two eggs. Choose a skillet that fits the amount you are cooking to keep the eggs cooking evenly.

Wait to season. It may seem silly, but waiting to season with salt and pepper until the end heightens the flavors of your eggs. So skip the salt and pepper until the end and then use salt and pepper to taste.
