I made this one tonight with a few changes. I added 2 T Asian seasoning to the liquid. When the chicken was done, I drew most of the liquid off and reduced it on the stove. Threw in a bag of frozen Asian mixed veggies and returned all to crockpot. Served over rice. It's a keeper!

We need more beef recipes for those of us ranchers with freezers full of it! Where's Beef Stroganoff? We love chicken for a change so this list so far will come in handy!
